The Northwestern Wisconsin Education Association (NWEA) presents an annual conference that over 4,000 educators attend. During the conference, the NWEA offers two large exhibit areas with over 300 relevant tables.

Request Exhibitor Space

Please fill out an exhibitor request form and return it to the NWEA along with payment as soon as possible. The cost for a six foot table is $150.00 if secured prior to August 1st and $175.00 after August 1st.

Cancellation spaces will be held for the previous year's exhibitors until August 1st. After that date the spaces will be assigned to new exhibitors in the order they were received. Any cancellations less than two weeks prior to the convention will forfeit any deposit made.

Note that request forms without payment will not be validated until payment is received.

Set Up & Convention Hours

• Wednesday - 5:00 to 10:00 pm (Setup)
• Thursday - 7:00 to 4:00 pm
• Friday - 7:00 to 12:00 (takedown following the conference)
